Dear Residents, We would like to inform you of a minor manufacturing issue affecting a small batch of the decking screws used on the balconies. While this does not present any safety concerns, some screws may gradually work loose over time. We believe we have located and replaced the affected screws, however if you notice any loose decking screws, please contact Starfish Construction directly to arrange a prompt replacement. Warranty Coverage, The balcony decking is covered by Starfish Construction’s 12-year warranty. Screw replacements and related concerns should be directed to Starfish Construction in this time period. Following the expiry of the 12-year warranty, please contact Zenith Management for any necessary replacements or further assistance. Thank you for your attention and cooperation. As we are drawing toward the conclusion of our works at St George’s Island, and the workforce is reducing in number, we will be starting to remove some of our welfare facilities from under the railway arches on Kelso Place. The first of these collections will be happening on Wednesday 19th February.

We would like to advise you that during this activity there will be disruption to the traffic flow along Kelso Place, whilst we will not be closing the road, you may be required to wait for up to 10 minutes to pass, this is to ensure the safety of everyone occupying the development.

We will not commence these works until after 9.30am to avoid the busiest period of the morning and allow the morning commuters to leave without incident.

Block 2 - External Decking Installation

The replacement of the decking boards to the external entrance walkway of Block 2 has commenced. Please note, in order for this work to take place, the lighting to the decking boards has been disconnected. On completion of the decking, the lighting will be reinstated.We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.
