As a trusted Principal Designer and Principal Contractor, we plan, manage, and monitor works in line with the Building Safety Act and the Building Safety Regulator’s duty holder competence requirements, ensuring every decision is safe, coordinated, and compliant.

We’ve built a people culture where SKEB – Skills, Knowledge, Experience, and Behaviours – is essential in every operation and decision. It’s how we recruit, train and evidence competence across our 70+ directly employed people, supported by accredited systems and continuous learning. Our systems, approach, and processes ensure that information flows transparently between our designers, project and commercial managers, site operatives, and the clients and communities we support.
