Actions To Date
We have provided our employees with advice and instructions on the following Key Issues:
1. Keeping our offices and sites as hygienically clean as possible.
2. All non-essential meetings are cancelled or postponed.
3. We will conduct as many meetings as possible, deemed essential, via Webex or Skype.
4. Offices visits by our Supply Chain Members are restricted to essential only.
5. Reduction on the number of staff attending office meetings.
6. Travel restrictions on staff.
Our Plan Moving Forward
To date, none of our colleagues (or their families/friends) has shown any symptoms of the Coronavirus. We will actively encourage our people to self-isolate at the first sign of any symptoms.
We have organised a Daily Senior Management Meeting to review all measures in light of up-to-date information and advice from Governmental Sources. We will follow all Government guidelines, which supports delaying the spread of the virus.
The Coronavirus situation is rapidly changing with new data, information and advice emerging daily. Our robust Plans will be promptly altered/adapted to recognise the changing environment.
Our company has always been financially prudent. We have built up a strong balance sheet with adequate liquidity resources to help us overcome challenging times like these.
We are fully committed to maintaining the highest levels of service possible while minimising the health risks to all people that are touched by our activities.
