Starfish Construction Recognised at Barratt Redrow Supplier Day for “Forward Through Quality” Achievement

We have been recognised at the Barratt Redrow Supplier Day, receiving a commendable second place in the developer’s “Forward Through Quality” awards for our façade remediation works at Winchester Mews, Swiss Cottage, London.

Presented during Barratt Redrow’s London supplier event, the recognition highlights the quality, care and consistency demonstrated by the Starfish Construction project team throughout the delivery of complex remediation works.

With a wide range of contractors involved in Barratt Redrow projects, only a select few supply chain partners received recognition, making this award a significant achievement.
The Forward Through Quality awards recognise contractors who consistently deliver industry-leading work while contributing to improved processes, standards, and efficiency. It also reflects a focus on long-term quality, compliance, and assurance.

For us, the recognition reflects the disciplined project management, technical assurance and collaborative working required to deliver façade remediation works in occupied residential environments, where safety, compliance, communication and resident confidence are non-negotiable.
At Winchester Mews, we developed and managed our dedicated online Residents and Stakeholders Hub, providing residents, leaseholders and property stakeholders with a central, accessible source of project information throughout the remediation programme.
