Starfish Construction's London Hub Thrives Through Expansion, Expertise and Successful Project Delivery
The Starfish Construction London Operational Hub continues to thrive, supporting clients across diverse sectors and successfully delivering safe and sustainable building envelope solutions. Since establishing our dedicated London Hub offices in April 2023, we've grown, built effective relationships and expanded our experienced team, while continuing to enhance our reputation across London.

Building a legacy through expertise and nationwide experience
With a well-established and respected nationwide reputation, there are additional Starfish Construction Operational Hubs in Manchester and Motherwell (Scotland); the London team are solidifying the brand by delivering high-quality building envelope solutions and quickly becoming a trusted partner to building owners, managers and surveyors in the London area. The structure of all our regional hubs is to ensure we provide dedicated, experienced teams providing specialist technical surveying and innovative solutions in façade and window replacements, roofing and cladding remediation, complemented by a local presence and knowledge.
Adam Denton-Beaumont, Starfish Construction's London South Business Hub Director, who has been a recognised and respected figure within the London building sector for many years, expressed his enthusiasm for the exceptional growth and development of the team, commenting:
"The growth we have witnessed at our London Hub has been phenomenal. The team we've developed here consists of some of the industry's most talented and experienced professionals, and their dedication to delivering quality, sustainable building envelope solutions is impressive. Our client relationships have flourished due in no small measure to the shared knowledge guidance approach we take to clients and our exceptional project delivery record. The positive feedback we receive is a testament to the team's commitment to excellence. It's an exciting time for Starfish Construction in London, and I'm incredibly encouraged by our trajectory."
Focus on Client Relationships and Support to Deliver Safe, Sustainable Buildings
Starfish Construction has always prioritised close, long-term relationships with clients, and the London team continues to build on this tradition. By understanding each client's unique challenges, building structure and location, we provide tailored solutions that meet the evolving needs of different sectors. Whether working on façade remediation projects for high-rise accommodation or refurbishing hospitality, educational or healthcare facilities, the London hub's focus remains on exceeding client expectations and making sure buildings are safe, efficient and aligned with the latest regulations.
Robert Morgan, a stalwart of the London construction industry and Starfish Construction Director of Projects for Midlands, London & South, who has been instrumental and integral to the London Hub's client projects' success, commented:
"We continually demonstrate our expertise through a client-centric approach and solutions. The company's consistent focus on building relationships, rather than focusing on a singular project and ensuring building integrity, compliance and safety, ensures clients trust us with their property assets. We have robust and stringent safety standards and effective and transparent reporting, and we're managing the building sustainability goals of our clients. It's an exciting future ahead."
Starfish Construction's commitment to safety, compliance and sustainability is at the forefront of the projects we undertake. Whether replacing cladding systems that no longer meet fire safety requirements or installing energy-efficient roofing and windows, we aim for each project to deliver value to clients and the communities. The London Operational Hub also incorporates advanced technologies and sustainable materials into each project, aligning with the UK's broader sustainability goals.
For example, our work in RAAC remediation highlights our focus on creating safe environments for people. Similarly, the façade and cladding projects we've completed enhance the safety of buildings and occupants, drive energy efficiency, reduce long-term operational costs while lowering each structure's carbon footprint and improve property aesthetics.
Looking ahead, we're excited to continue our expansion in London, particularly as we embrace new and emerging technologies to meet the future needs of the built environment. As the London Hub continues its growth journey, we invite experienced and qualified individuals to join our team. And, as we remain focused and committed to our core principles: delivering exceptional service, building strong client relationships and providing safe and sustainable building envelope solutions, we invite property owners, managers and surveyors to engage with us and benefit from our expertise and service solutions.
The positive feedback we receive is a testament to the team's commitment to excellence. It's an exciting time for Starfish Construction in London, and I'm incredibly encouraged by our trajectory.
