Profile

Mike Leonard is Projects Director (Manchester) at Starfish Construction. He heads up the Manchester office and oversees projects across the North, from the Midlands up to Scotland, making sure each one is planned and delivered safely, on programme, within budget and to the client's satisfaction.

Mike has worked in the façade industry for more than 20 years. He began his career as a tradesman and progressed to Operations Director, later managing his own region in London, working with clients across sport, hospitality, residential and social housing.

He has delivered high-value and technically challenging projects, including work on higher-risk buildings and Building Safety Regulator submissions. Mike works closely with the senior management team, chairs weekly project team meetings, attends client meetings and helps recruit operational staff, subcontractors and supply chain partners.
