Venting, Ducting and Electrical Works

Our M&E experience includes the roofing area and upgrading of extraction pipework spanning the roof pitches, essential for maintaining air quality and hygiene within the food production environment. The electrical installations primarily consisted of cable trays installed directly on the roof, providing power and connectivity to the plant equipment.

The project involved replacing the ageing ductwork, installing a new Big Foot Support System to ensure non-penetrative load distribution, and enhancing the insulation depth to improve thermal performance. These coordinated upgrades ensured that the M&E plant continued to operate safely and efficiently, supporting the facility’s compliance with food safety and environmental standards.
