Shaun McCluskey is Operations Director at Starfish Construction, overseeing the company's operational and commercial activity. He joined in January 2017 as a Quantity Surveyor and Estimator and has since estimated and secured some of the largest and most complex projects the company has taken on.

With an extensive surveying background, Shaun works directly with clients, surveying practices, contractors and manufacturers. He leads a commercial team that manages a wide range of contracts, predominantly JCT and NEC.

Shaun is known for a calm, fair and collaborative approach that builds confidence within the team and with clients, and he continues to widen his industry knowledge through further training and qualifications.
