Formed to support Starfish Construction’s full-service delivery model, SAS operates nationwide, supplying tailored scaffold design, engineered temporary works, and professional installation with a safety-first culture. Our experienced teams work in close collaboration with our façade, roofing, and surveying divisions to enable streamlined project delivery, faster mobilisation, and robust compliance on even the most complex schemes. System Scaffolding

Mast Climbers

Traditional Tube & Fitting Scaffold

For irregular structures, heritage buildings, or bespoke layouts, our traditional tube and fitting scaffold systems offer maximum flexibility and adaptability. Designed in-house and constructed by experienced CISRS-trained operatives, this method allows for intricate, site-specific builds with full compliance to TG20:21. It remains the go-to choice for complex geometries and listed building works.

Access Towers and Stair Towers

Our scaffold towers and temporary stair systems ensure safe, segregated access across every elevation. Whether for contractor movement, material transport, or emergency egress, these towers are fast to deploy and fully risk-assessed. Modular by design and fully integrated with surrounding scaffold systems, they support safe vertical and horizontal movement for operatives and clients.

Edge Protection and Safety Barriers

Fall prevention is fundamental to every SAS scaffold solution. We supply and install a wide range of edge protection systems, guardrails, and safety netting, which we design to comply with Working at Height Regulations and aligned to site conditions. From exposed rooftop perimeters to open floor slabs, our barriers are installed to deliver ongoing compliance, protect lives and minimise liability.

Bespoke Temporary Roofing and Weather Protection

Weather doesn’t stop our projects. Using temporary roof systems, including the Uni Rolling Roof System, shrink wrap containment, and monoflex sheeting, we shield structures from the elements and ensure ongoing programme certainty. From RAAC roofing remediation to internal fit-outs, our temporary protection systems maintain a controlled environment, mitigating delays and water ingress while safeguarding works, operatives and people within in progress live building environments.

Asbestos and Hazardous Project Scaffold

Working within restricted or hazardous spaces, including properties with asbestos demands specialist solutions and a rigorous safety approach. All operatives are trained to confined space entry standards, and every project includes enhanced RAMS, air quality testing, and monitoring protocols.
