Starfish Construction Strengthens London Presence With Strategic Office Relocation to Support Continued Expansion

Starfish Construction are pleased to announce the relocation of our London Hub headquarters to a new central office at 60 Cannon Street, in the heart of the City of London.

The move represents a deliberate step in our continued expansion and support strategy, strengthening our operational capacity while reinforcing our commitment to high standards of health, safety, quality, and environmental compliance.

Our new Cannon Street location places us closer to key clients, consultants, and delivery partners across London and the South. With a more accessible and connected base, we’re well positioned to support increasing demand for complex, regulated, and safety-critical projects, particularly across the commercial, residential, and public sectors.

Enhancing our delivery capabilities and improving client relationships

Adam Denton-Beaumont, Director London & South Business Hub at Starfish Construction, said the relocation reflects both recent growth and future ambition:

“Our relocation to the new offices is a focused move to enhance client relationships. It gives us the space, connectivity, and infrastructure we need to support a growing project pipeline, expand our technical and delivery teams, and remain highly responsive to our clients. Being based in the City allows us to work more closely with stakeholders while maintaining the high standards they expect from us.”

Supporting Growth Through Operational Capacity and HSQE Leadership

We’ve designed the new office to encourage and enhance collaboration across the multidisciplinary teams at Starfish Construction, strengthening coordination between project delivery, technical expertise, and HSQE leadership. Increased workspace and modern facilities will enable us to continue our strategic growth, ensuring that as we continue to scale, our systems, governance, risk management, and compliance alignment add further client value.

As regulatory expectations across the construction sector continue to evolve, this relocation further strengthens our ability to lead on compliance, safety, and quality assurance. Closer proximity to clients and partners supports more effective engagement on building safety, risk management, and programme delivery, while reinforcing our commitment to transparent, compliant, and sustainable construction practices.

SHAUN MCCLUSKEY, OPERATIONS DIRECTOR, COMMENTED:

The new office will directly strengthen delivery performance across live and future projects.

Throughout last year, we successfully delivered a significant number of building envelope remediation projects in the South of England, particularly in London.

That delivery builds trust, and as enquiries continue to develop, it’s essential that our operational structure grows with it. The new office gives our teams the environment and resources to support this scale.

A Platform for Long-Term Expansion

The move to Cannon Street is a further demonstration of our long-term commitment to enhancing property assets in London and protecting occupants. It provides a platform for continued expansion, enabling us to respond efficiently to increased demand, support larger, more technically complex projects, and maintain consistent standards across a growing portfolio of property remediation projects.

Starfish Construction will begin operating from the new office on 6 January 2026. We thank the clients, partners, and employees whose support has driven this growth, and we look forward to welcoming visitors to our new London headquarters as the next phase of our strategic 2026 expansion begins.
