After our moisture scanning process confirmed this roof had failed, the entire roof was stripped back to deck and replaced with a high-performance quality felt system. Redundant chimneys and debris were safely removed, and a new handrail and access system was designed for all roof areas.

This project’s original scope of works included installing a new curtain walling system to the building’s main entrance and removing the existing stone cladding panels, which were a risk because sections were coming loose. Additionally, it required replacing 350m2 of the flat roof above the offices.
