Our client inherited the Hereford site after acquiring several brands. The site required some upgrading, including the CO2 recovery unit. The refurbishment of the CO2 recovery unit building had a time-critical completion day due to the new CO2 plant equipment arriving from Mainland Europe that had no flexibility on the delivery date.
Starfish Construction worked with SGP Facilities Management to rectify drainage problems at a local authority school.
Our extensive range of technical surveying expertise and services allowed us to carry out internal assessments, along with drone surveys of the property which identified several critical issues.
Scottish Water has invested £5.5 m in the upgrade of Laighpark, which serves over 74,000 customers in the Paisley area. This upgrade is part of a more comprehensive investment programme to improve water treatment and flood defences along the River Clyde and protect the natural environment.
