Diagnostic Roofing Surveys
We provide customers with jargon-free industry insights. After each survey, we deliver a detailed report, including a roof plan, photographic and drone evidence, and core sample results when relevant. If needed, we perform U-Value and Dew point calculations. We offer a detailed specification and quotation if repairs are necessary, sometimes with multiple options for warranties and lifespan. Our unbiased approach ensures you can use thorough surveys to base your decisions.
Accurate diagnosis of a defect is an essential prerequisite to specifying a suitable repair. Understanding whether or not the failure is due to system or detail will assist in selecting a suitable and cost-effective solution without necessarily over specifying or adopting an over-optimistic approach.
